The Renovation at Stumptown Faerie Village, at the Townsend River Walk & Arboretum, has been completed.

The human villages in Blount County aren't the only villages expanding, last winter Stumptown Faerie Village, at the Townsend River Walk & Arboretum(TRWA), got zoning approval to expand. The expansion is now complete courtesy of Mr. Geppetto (Rodney Pearson) and Mrs. Geppetto (Allison Pearson). They have truly outdone themselves with this major renovation of Stumptown. The small details are phenomenal with: signs, window boxes, an outhouse, mushrooms, moss for grass and little special objects here and there. You really have to see it to really appreciate the effort that has gone into making this a special part of the TRWA.
A big round of applause and a special thanks to the Geppetto's (Pearson's) for all their dedication, imagination, time and effort!
Stumptown is located along the Little River at the bottom of the newly installed stairs.
