Work Plan for the June 2021 Townsend River Walk & Arboretum Maintenance DayAllison Pearson Put Together the Perfect Work Plan
for this TRWA Maintenance Day!

A fitting end to National Garden Week as the Tuckaleechee Garden Club got together for the monthly maintenance on the Townsend River Walk & Arboretum (TRWA).  Scott & Theresa Schehr w/Dani the wonder dog, Wanda Taylor, Janie Bitner,  and Allison & Rodney Pearson all participated in this maintenance day.  The TRWA was given a good sprucing up with string trimming of much of the TRWA, edging and mowing of the sidewalk areas, weeding the Pollinator & Memorial Garden, planting of Sulfur Cosmo & Brown Eyed Susan, and sign cleaning.  It really looks fantastic.  Thanks to the Tuckaleechee Garden Club for their continuing efforts of managing, maintaining and improving this Townsend community gem!
